Our project management services include manuscript preparation, editing and proofreading, production, printing and distribution and marketing collateral. Below is a brief description of the process.

The Publishing Process

From formatting to style consistency, we meticulously adhere to industry standards, preparing your manuscript for submission or publication. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to preserving your unique voice, we transform your raw ideas into a manuscript that captivates readers and lays the foundation for your literary success.

Manuscript Preparation

We carefully edit your manuscript for style, consistency, and grammar. It's crucial that you submit the final version of your manuscript to prevent delays once the editing process commences. Any corrections will be sent to you for review and should be finalized before the book proceeds to the typesetting stage.

Editing & Proofreading

The production process involves typesetting your manuscript and designing a cover. Proofs will be sent before formatting the whole book. Each cover design and/or typesetting project includes two sample designs for the client to choose from. The chosen design will be improved and finalised before being sent back to the client for final approval.

Layout & Design

We liaise with two printers to source quotes for you. The books will be printed and delivered to your physical address upon payment to the printer. Distribution will depend on the channels available and approval thereof.

Printing & Distribution

Bonani Contents provides comprehensive content marketing packages designed to promote your book and ensure it reaches the hands of your readers. Our collateral includes professionally crafted book proposals, flyers, and engaging social media content to help you maximize exposure and increase sales.

Marketing Collateral

Any further changes or requests will incur additional costs. We will provide you with a quote for the additional work before proceeding. Should you choose to cancel the project after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited. If work has already commenced, additional costs may apply.
